Small Bumps On Floor Of Mouth Under Tongue

Hello i have a small lump bump on the floor of my mouth under my toungue about 1 cm from the beginning of the gums on the back of my teeth.

I noticed this 3 days ago. What could cause them. Small or tiny bump under tongue. Their cause is a mystery it could be a reaction to a food or a minor trauma like biting the tongue.
